What is Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative, individualized relationship between a client and a coach.  Together, and in some cases, with the support of a supervisor, a vision for your future is crafted, strategized, and realized.

How does it work?

The coach will meet in person with you once or twice a month for 6 months or more.  She serves as a guide, an accountability partner, a sounding board and a trusted advisor.  Her role is to ask powerful questions to help you clarify what you want and how you can achieve it.

Coaching is ideal for employees at any level within the organization.  As the coaching client, you could be an executive, manager, supervisor, team leader, business owner, or anyone in your organization who could benefit from leadership development.

 

 

TRADITIONAL LEADERSHIP COACHING PROGRAM

The Traditional coaching program typically lasts 6-9 months and includes 12, one-hour coaching sessions and 3 supervisor meetings. The program uses the DiSC Workplace Profile and other relevant assessments to facilitate positive shifts for the client. The supervisor coaching meetings support the client by clarifying goals, building trust, and ensuring the desired outcomes of coaching are being met. Coaching occurs primarily in person and when needed, virtually.

DEEP DIVE EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP COACHING PROGRAM

The Deep Dive coaching program is an immersive, 12-month leadership development program that creates life-changing transformation for top-level leaders. The program weaves together deep self-work through monthly coaching sessions and two coaching retreats (typically lasting 4-6 hours). The program includes personalized assessments such as the DiSC Workplace Profile and the CliftonStrengths Profile. Additional support may include meetings with the client’s direct supervisor or chosen mentor and facilitated conversations with direct reports.

This program is ideal for:

o   C-suite or emerging c-suite leaders

o   Leaders wanting to be more effective and impactful

o   Leaders wanting more fulfillment in their role

o   Leaders at a crossroads, wanting to clarify next steps for themselves or their organization
